As a family owned farm in Benson Utah, we strive to provide a wide variety of delicious, high quality produce, using mostly organic techniques.
We strive to provide spinach, mixed lettuce, arugula, radishes and cilantro through the entire season of the market as well as popcorn and walnuts when there is room in the display. In addition, in the spring we typically also have asparagus, rhubarb, chives and oregano. This is followed with amazing strawberries, then fresh sugar snap and snow peas, red beets and kale. By July we should have zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, cucumbers, dill and even fresh corn by the end of the month. August brings green beans, raspberries, blackberries, cauliflower, peppers, eggplant, onions, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, new red and yellow potatoes, watermelon and cantaloupe! September brings us McIntosh, Honey Crisp, Golden Delicious and Gala apples, eating and Concord grapes. October brings Italian prunes, butternut and spaghetti squash, sugar pie and mini pumpkins with bulk options for potatoes and onions.
Of course, Mother Nature has the final say in what actually makes it to the market and when.
We have been a vendor at the Cache Valley Gardener's Market for years and appreciate our many, wonderful patrons. We couldn't do it without all of you! We also appreciate all the hard work that the board and management team go through to make this possible for all of us.
